I joined a workout club this last week to continue my weight loss resolve. As some of you may or may not know, I've had laproscopic gastric bypass surgery. I'm coming up on my one year mark since surgery, and have lost almost 200 pounds. But it has gotten harder to lose weight, and I need a little added incentive to continue. My goal is to get down to at least 200 before the end of 2008.
Tonight I went in and hopped on the treadmill. did 45 mins at 3.5mph. Then I did another 20 minutes on the recumbent bike. I feel pretty good, but I have to keep it up, so I'm going again tomorrow night ^^
